Browser Compatibility:
The Better Client Service website has been optimized for the Microsoft
Internet Explorer 6+ browser. As you can see from an analysis
of all of google's users, MSIE
6 is by far the most common browser used in the world. You can
download the latest version of this browser here.
Cookies:
The Better Client Service website requires the use of cookies to enable you
to have uninhibited access within the Member areas of the site without having to
re-enter your username and password on every screen. They are also used to
transfer information fluidly from page to page outside of the Member
areas. Please be sure to allow cookies in your browser settings, or this
site will not function properly. This site is known to work with the
Browser Privacy Settings set to Medium for MSIE
6 .
To change your browser's Privacy Settings do the following:
Select "Internet Options" from the "Tools" menu.

Select the "Privacy" tab, and move the "Settings" bar to Medium
or less.

Screen Resolution:
To be able to view all the screens in the service without doing a lot of
scrolling (especially horizontally) you should have your screen set to 1024x768
resolution or higher. Currently your screen is set to:
To change your screen resolution in Windows do the following:
Right click anywhere on your desktop, and click "properties".
In the window that opens select the "Settings" tab.

Move the "Screen Resolution" bar to 1024x768 or more.

Click "Apply", your screen may flicker for a moment then the new
resolution should appear. Then select "OK" and you are finished.
Communication Security:
The areas of this website that begin with "https://" and display
the
in the status bar below, are secured with 128 bit Secure Sockets Layer (SSL)
encryption. That includes all Registration, Login and Member areas of the
website. 128 bit encryption is the highest level of encryption commercially available.
This ensures that the information you enter or download from the service can only
